Cold recycler WR 4200

Cold recycler for recycling roads across the full width or individual carriageways. The machine's working width is continuously adjustable between 3.00 m and 4.20 m. The recycler permits the addition of bitumen emulsion, foamed bitumen or water-cement slurry.

Spreading auger

The centrally divided spreading auger works with sensor control and can operate in clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation. The conveying speed can be adjusted continuously and independently for both auger sections.

The spreading auger can be adjusted in height hydraulically at the push of a button, ensuring that the mix is spread uniformly even at varying paving thicknesses.

Paving screed

The WR 4200 is equipped with a Vögele paving screed type AB 500 TV, which directly places and pre-compacts the recycled mix. The control panels for operating both the paving screed and spreading auger are mounted left and right of the screed.
