Cold recycler WR 4200

Cold recycler for recycling roads across the full width or individual carriageways. The machine's working width is continuously adjustable between 3.00 m and 4.20 m. The recycler permits the addition of bitumen emulsion, foamed bitumen or water-cement slurry.

Cold recycling with the WR 4200: A small machine crew only is needed for milling the existing pavement, improving its functional properties by adding binding agents, and placing it again, all in one single working pass.

The paving screed of the WR 4200 leaves behind a pre-compacted layer for rollers to effect final compaction. The road can be trafficked again as soon as rolling has been completed.
