Slurry mixer WM 1000

Mobile slurry mixer for the dustless addition of cement to the cold recycling operation. Water and cement are mixed to form a slurry. The process is governed by microprocessors. The slurry is fed to the cold recycler via hose connections.

Easy transport

The slurry mixer is mounted on a heavy-duty 5-axle trailer. It is simply hooked to a standard truck for transport to the job site. The WM 1000 is coupled to and pushed by the recycler during the recycling operation.

Steering offers flexibility

The front and rear axles of the heavy trailer can be steered hydraulically and independently at the front and rear. This feature ensures that the recycling train has all the flexibility it needs.

Mounted permanently -
ready for operation immediately

The slurry mixer is permanently mounted on the heavy-duty trailer and is ready for operation immediately after arrival on the job site. All that remains to be done is connecting the feed line to the cold recycler.
