Mobile cold recycling mixing plant for the production of mixes for road construction by adding various binding agents, such as bitumen emulsion or foamed bitumen. The plant is mounted on a semi-trailer and is driven by an own diesel engine. This mobile design permits easy transport and fast setup on the job location.

No special permit
required for transport

The KMA's transport dimensions adhere to international guidelines for road traffic so that a special permit for transport is not required.

Transport with standard tractor

All components of the KMA are permanently mounted on a semi-trailer. For transport, the frame is connected to a suitable tractor in a few swift moves via the central pivot.

Set up for operation quickly

Sturdy supports are folded out manually on the job location. Hydraulically operated supports are additionally mounted below the water tank and between the axles, carrying the plant's weight. Foundations are not required. The entire setup procedure is completed within 1 to 2 hours.

Ready for operation, anywhere

The KMA requires only little space for setup and can be operated in close vicinity to the paving site. Dual connections for the supply of water and bitumen emulsion on both sides of the plant provide the user with a high degree of flexibility for positioning the tanker trucks.
