Cold recycler 2200 CR

Cold recycler with integrated paving screed for in-situ cold recycling of carriageway pavements. The machine is exceptionally flexible, for it permits the addition of bitumen emulsion, foamed bitumen or water-cement slurry. The machine is also suitable for use as a road milling machine.

The recycled material leaves the 2200 CR's mixing chamber via a large discharge opening to be transported to the spreading auger, which spreads the mix uniformly ahead of the paving screed.

Operating in the Serbian town of Sopot: All-track steering enables the cold recycler 2200 CR to recycle and place the road pavement with superior ease even in tight bends.

When cement is to be added to the construction material mix to be recycled, it is either pre-spread ahead of the recycler or injected as a slurry directly into the recycler's mixing chamber. The preceding WM 1000 is then pushed by the recycler.
