High-performance cold milling machine mounted on crawler tracks for the removal of pavement structures on roads and airports at full depth. The milled material is loaded via the machine's two-stage, front loading conveyor system.
The scraper blade is equipped with carbide metal strips. It seals off the drum chamber, producing a clean milled surface. When part of the milled material is to remain in the cut, the operator can raise and lock the scraper blade hydraulically at any given height.
The machine operator can raise and lock the side plates hydraulically. This feature enables the milling machine to remove the entire road pavement when working along kerbs or other obstacles.
The machine's gradation control beam can be raised and locked hydraulically to prevent slabs from breaking out of the asphalt pavement.
A housing extension enables the W 2100 to be upgraded for the use of milling drums of 2.10 m and 2.20 m width. This feature increases both the range of applications and the economic efficiency of the machine.
