Cold milling machine W 2100

High-performance cold milling machine mounted on crawler tracks for the removal of pavement structures on roads and airports at full depth. The milled material is loaded via the machine's two-stage, front loading conveyor system.

The W 2100 offers a host of clever details: A fan controller supplies additional cooling only as required by ambient temperatures. In all other working situations, this power is additionally available for the milling operation.

The principle of "mill and fill" is often applied on North American job sites. A paver follows right behind the milling machine, placing the new road pavement. High milling performance is what counts most on sites like the one shown here, in the south of the United States.

The driver's seat is displaced laterally beyond the machine edge, permitting a full view of the milling edge and direct visual contact with the truck driver, ensuring direct and smooth communication.
