Cold milling machine W 2000

Powerful, compact cold milling machine mounted on crawler tracks for the removal of individual pavement layers or complete carriageway structures at depths of up to 32 cm in one single pass. The machine's powerful engine, large tracks and generously dimensioned conveyor system ensure high daily production rates.

Clean milled surface

The scraper blade is equipped with carbide metal strips. It seals off the drum chamber, producing a clean milled surface. When part of the milled material is to remain in the cut, the operator can raise and lock the scraper blade hydraulically at any given height.

Work flush to kerb

The machine operator can raise and lock the side plates hydraulically. This feature enables the milling machine to remove the entire road pavement when working along kerbs or other obstacles.

Prevent slabs,
protect discharge conveyor

The machine's gradation control beam can be raised and locked hydraulically to prevent slabs from breaking out of the asphalt pavement.

Optional 2.20 m milling width

A housing extension enables the W 2000 to be upgraded for the use of milling drums of 2.20 m width. This feature increases both the range of applications and the economic efficiency of the machine.

FCS light offers broad
range of applications

Deep milling with eco cutter or standard drum, fine milling or micro fine milling, all with a single machine: FCS light permits drums to be changed in next to no time. This high degree of versatility makes the machine extremely profitable.
