Cold milling machine W 200 / W 200i

Compact large milling machine that can be equipped with milling drum assemblies of 1.50 m, 2.0 m or 2.20 m working width. Three selectable milling drum speeds enable a broad range of applications: large-scale surface course rehabilitation, complete pavement removal at full depth, fine milling, and many more. Automatic parallel machine alignment using PTS, intelligent ISC track drive control for maximum traction, and low operating cost due to the WIDRIVE machine management system. The milling machine can be equipped with the Wirtgen LEVEL PRO levelling system.

Large steering angles – perfect manoeuvrability

The smooth hydraulic all-track steering system permits large steering angles of all four crawler tracks.

Automatic rear axle tracking

For perfect milling results, the steering angles of the front and rear axles are coordinated, and the rear axle is tracked automatically.

Freely selectable steering modes

The operator can freely select the various steering modes. Crab steering, for instance, permits the machine to easily approach existing milled edges from the side.

ISC minimizes wear and tear

The ISC system electronically aligns the cornering speeds of the inner and outer crawler track units, thus effectively reducing track pad wear.

Innovative 4-fold full-floating axle

If one of the crawler tracks hits an obstacle (such as an elevated milling edge) during the milling operation, the other three track units contribute to compensating the level offset: this design ensures that level compensation occurs much more rapidly.
