Cold milling machine W 200 / W 200i

Compact large milling machine that can be equipped with milling drum assemblies of 1.50 m, 2.0 m or 2.20 m working width. Three selectable milling drum speeds enable a broad range of applications: large-scale surface course rehabilitation, complete pavement removal at full depth, fine milling, and many more. Automatic parallel machine alignment using PTS, intelligent ISC track drive control for maximum traction, and low operating cost due to the WIDRIVE machine management system. The milling machine can be equipped with the Wirtgen LEVEL PRO levelling system.

Extremely high conveyor capacity and driving power ensure the quick and reliable loading of milled material and rapid clearance of the entire job site.

Full loading performance – always

The conveyor capacity does not drop in case of engine lugging, so that the full conveying performance is retained even under maximum load.

Adjustable conveyor belt speed

The conveyor system is equipped with automatic, continuously adjustable belt speed control. The belt speed can also be adjusted manually to achieve perfect distribution of the milled material on the truck by setting a variable discharge range.

Large slewing range

Extremely wide conveyor slewing angles of 60° to both sides ensure a perfect loading pattern even in narrow bends, roundabouts or turning bays.

Hydraulically adjustable gradation control beam

The hydraulically lifting, heavy-duty gradation control beam prevents the formation of large slabs, promotes favourable particle sizes and protects the belt from damage.
