Cold milling machine W 200 / W 200i

Compact large milling machine that can be equipped with milling drum assemblies of 1.50 m, 2.0 m or 2.20 m working width. Three selectable milling drum speeds enable a broad range of applications: large-scale surface course rehabilitation, complete pavement removal at full depth, fine milling, and many more. Automatic parallel machine alignment using PTS, intelligent ISC track drive control for maximum traction, and low operating cost due to the WIDRIVE machine management system. The milling machine can be equipped with the Wirtgen LEVEL PRO levelling system.

FCS - Change milling drums quickly

FCS Light turns the W 200 into a real multi-purpose unit. For FCS Light permits milling drums of equal width but with different tool spacings to be changed quickly and easily. Experienced staff complete this work step within only 1.5 hours.

Work to full capacity with the ECO cutter

The ECO cutters equipped with a smaller number of point-attack cutting tools ensure the highest possible area performance at reduced costs.

Clean milled surface

The hydraulically adjustable scraper blade, which is fitted with carbide metal strips, closes the drum chamber and produces a clean milled surface. To allow partial loading of the milled material, the scraper blade is locked at the required height.

Hydraulic side plates

The protective side plates can be raised hydraulically on both sides of the machine. Raising of the side plates prevents them, for instance, digging into the ground in unpaved areas.

Always the maximum milling depth

The side plate on the right side of the machine can be raised by 450 mm. Accurate milling flush to kerb is thus also possible at great working depths, enabling the side plate to move over the kerb for the purpose of level detection.
