Cold milling machine W 150 / W 150i

Compact large milling machine that can optionally be fitted with milling drums of 1.20 m or 1.50 m working width, enabling the W 150 to be used for a variety of different applications: milling large surfaces, removing pavement layers at full depth, or levelling. The machine can optionally be equipped with the new Wirtgen LEVEL PRO levelling system.

The W 150's main hallmarks include high performance, intuitive operation, ergonomic design, and intelligent control systems that make work easy for the machine operator.

LEVEL PRO for high-quality milling results and extremely simple handling: The W 150 is, of course, also equipped with the innovative, proprietary LEVEL PRO levelling system developed by the company itself.

The machine's “wasp waist” – the specially shaped central part of the machine chassis – ensures that the operator has a perfect view of the milling edge, enabling him to steer the machine with pin-point precision from the individually adjustable driver's seat.

Non-tiring operation is supported by the control functions integrated into the right-hand armrest that are operated easily and intuitively.

Flexible for a variety of applications: The large milling machine W 150 offers two different working widths. Users can choose between milling drum units of 1.20 m and 1.50 m working width. Asphalt packages can be removed at depths of up to 32 cm.
