Remixer RX 4500
Hot recycler for large-scale rehabilitation of bituminous bound road pavements. The recycler's working width is continuously adjustable both for taking in and placing the pavement material recycled with binding agents and virgin mix.
Monitoring the process
from the operator's platform
From the walk-through operator's platform in the rear part of the machine, the operator has a full view of the entire recycling train. He can mount the driver's seat and main control panel from the right to the left side in a few swift moves.

Individual control panels enable the operators of the recycler to make all necessary adjustments on the different units separately while having a full view of the unit in question.
Main control panel
for adding binding agents
The microprocessor governing the addition of binding agents and corrective mix is operated at the central and clearly structured control panel above the paving screed. It can be swivelled to adapt to each operator's personal preferences.
