Texture curing machine TCM 950
Self-propelled, wheel-mounted texture curing machine which follows behind the slipform paver when paving concrete slabs. The unit is equipped with an automatic spraying and brooming system.
The TCM 950 is equipped with a spraying system. The spray nozzles are protected from wind by a tarpaulin, spraying a dispersion uniformly across the full pavement width. Additional edge sprayers can be switched on or off individually, spraying the sides of the concrete pavement.
The modular design of the TCM 950 saves a lot of time when adjusting the working width. The machine consist of 2 m wide modules which can be fitted or removed with a few swift moves. Both outer frame elements can additionally be telescoped hydraulically to fine-tune the working width.
Applying the broom finish right after completion of the paving operation gives the concrete pavement a defined surface texture, thus ensuring the specified tyre adhesion levels.
Final spraying prevents evaporation and cracking.
