Soil stabilizer WR 2500 S

High-performance cold recycler for recycling entire carriageway structures while adding various binding agents, such as cement, bitumen emulsion or foamed bitumen. The WR 2500 S is also eminently suitable for stabilizing non-cohesive soils with lime or cement. It is optionally available with a working width of 3,048 mm.

The WR 2500 S shown here is working a mixture of cement and lime into the existing soil at a depth of 25 cm.

As many as ten Wirtgen machines were involved in stabilizing the subgrade on a 90 km long section of the A 1 motorway in Poland. This WR 2500 S is working in the area of a future junction, which has a gradient of approx. 10%.
