Cold recycler WR 2400
Compact cold recycler for recycling entire carriageway structures while adding various binding agents, such as bitumen emulsion or foamed bitumen. Its high engine power and working width of 2.40 m, which is standard worldwide, make the machine eminently suitable also for soil stabilization.
Effective, practical steering
With 4 steering modes (front-wheel, rear-wheel, co-ordinated and crab steering), the recycler is fully prepared for any given working situation. In automatic mode, the rear wheels are maintained in straight-ahead position automatically.
Optimum traction at all times
A hydraulic flow divider acts as differential lock, ensuring that the recycler has optimum traction even on instable ground.
Wheels in heavy-duty design
Large wheels with rim protection and reinforced cleats enable the cold recycler to make good headway even on instable ground.
Large ground clearance
Four individually height-adjustable cylindrical columns provide the cold recycler with ample ground clearance.
Automatic levelling system
The Wirtgen automatic levelling system with specially adapted sensors enables the cold recycler to precisely maintain the specified working depth.
